• First... infrared does NOT go thru walls...RF does. This does not have RF

• Model 915-000224 does NOT come with the hub for RF. Model 915-000201 does come with the hub required for RF. The one on sale for $99 (as of nov 19, 2018) is model 915-000224 (the “IR” only one)

• No...even wood framed glass doors on an entertainment center may require various contortions.

• answers seem confusing, but it can be setup with both RF and IR. Hub inside cabinet receives RF from remote then relays to the particular IR receiver for a device. You have to have one HUB for the whole system plus an IR Blaster for each device you want to . So YES you can control devices inside a wooden cabinet.

• Not through walls or solid cabinet drawers but it will go through darkened glass doors. Infrared is light not radio waves after all.

• It has RF technology and works great through cabinet. You can expose the hub or a receiver. Works perfectly.
