“Where do you plug in a cord to connect to the CPU when you take it off wireless mode?? The key strokes are delayed some of the time, which is very frustrating. I am positive a plug-in cord came in the box with the small plug in receiver, also.”

There isn't a port on the keyboard to hook up a usb cable. The only time I've had a problem with lagging is when my batteries are starting to die. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There isn't one. This keyboard is wireless only. Some PCs will interfere with the signal between the keyboard and the unity dongle causing the lag. Try plugging the dongle in at a different spot on the computer (ie if it's on the front, move it to the back). If that doesn't work, get a USB extension cord, and set the dongle just a couple feet away from the PC. I had the same issue, and doing that cleared it right up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This unit is wireless, it came with an usb extension cord. You’re probably like me with a lot of wireless devices, this can be the cause of the disconnect. Use that extension to bring the receiver closer that should help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no different mode for this keyboard. It is just a wireless keyboard with a plug that goes into the pc. If you wanted to move the connector to some other place I'd recommend a good usb port. My keyboard didn't come with a cord. But its also possible that maybe your batteries are low and that would give you connection problems.
