• Not 100% compatible... I run into a problem with the keyboard, there is NO Print Screen button. So, you cannot capture screenshots unless you have a software to do it for you

• Totally compatible. so far I've only used it with windows and I have had zero issues. Note that if you're a power user the windows key is up where the caps lock usually is and the caps lock is nonexistent.
