Did you check to see if the batteries in the mouse were good? Also, make sure the switch on the back of the mouse is set to "on". Otherwise, it doesn't work.

Is the light on top of the M510 Wireless Optical Ambidextrous Mouse turning on when you flip the switch to on? If not, I would try swapping the battery for a new one. If the light does come on, but the mouse isn't detected by the receiver, you can try doing the pairing between the mouse and the receiver once again. To do so, download the Logitech Unifying Software https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913-Logitech-Unifying-Software, install it, and follow the on-screen instructions. Hopefully that should solve your problem! - Mathieu from Logitech
