• Th e forward/back buttons are on the left side of the mouse for a right hand thumb so your ring finger would lay against them or under them. I would think it would be awkward but the ergonomics for your thumb and ring finger are good.

• Hey there. The mk550 uses a right handed mouse with thumb buttons placed specifically for right handed use. It can be used left handed but you'll lose access to those side buttons.
