• The MK570 has the M705 Marathon mouse instead of the M510. The M705 Marathon mouse would be the upgrade, with a right hand sculpted curve and more. The M705 mouse is one of my absolute favorites.

• Keyboard is the same (Wireless K350), but MK550 has wireless mouse M510, while MK570 has wireless mouse M705. The mice are slightly different.
