• other than it is usb c, which is handy if you a recent mac model, it would power with either.

• From what I can tell, this version does not come with a USB dongle and instead pairs via Bluetooth.

• Hello! Other than the charging cable, the MX Master 3 for Mac is also preset to accommodate for the Mac gestures. Whereas, with the regular MX Master 3, you will have to download our software and set it to do gestures. The MX Master 3 for Mac also has a different pattern. - Maggie from Logitech
