Does this keyboard work for PC/windows? null

Funny enough, yes it does. Do note that obviously you will have different effect with alt, cntrl and windows keys as that isnt present here. Also that this uses usb-c to usb-c. And finally there is of course windows or multi versions of this that are not mac specific so to speak for sale, just not currently in white colorway.

Hello, Will! While the MX Mechanical Mini for Mac does work with Windows, it is laid out and designed for Mac. You shouldn't have any compatibility issues but you will notice that there is not a Windows Menu key and that instead of ALT there will be a Command key. You can reprogram these keys using our Logitech Options+ software. - Maggie from Logitech

Yes, this keyboard will work similar to any other bluetooth keyboard as far as pairing goes. However, this one is more tailored to Apple Devices as far as the function keys go.
