• If your PC has a bluetooth adapter, maybe. It is designed to work with Andriod and iOS systems.

• Yes..I used with a windows 8.1 hp stream and was able to use all the Microsoft Office 365 products.

• Yes, you can use this keyboard with any PC that has Bluetooth Connectivity. Keep in mind that Bluetooth is different than Wireless, and you may need to purchase an additional Bluetooth Adapter that would plug into the USB port of your computer.
