- Answer While technically you could pair this Bluetooth keyboard with a Surface, this is not at all what it is for. The Surface screen is sized differently and would not fit the slot that holds an iPad.

- Answer Yes. It is magnetic. When it attaches to the screen (for storing), it puts the iPad Air to sleep. Wakes up when you detach it and set it up.

Questiondoes the keyboard come with a cable to link the ipod or tablet to the keyboardi bought one of these keyboards about 3 months ago and already letters are popping off and we have never been able to link the keyboard to the tablet so just wondering if more than just a keyboard charger typically comes with this product
