The current PCs have Bluetooth. Please check whether your PC has Bluetooth. If you have Bluetooth, then pair your Bluetooth device.

This takes a bluetooth signal from a bluetooth device such as a smart phone and creates an analog signal for use in speakers and stereos that lack their own bluetooth receiver. Although your usage is audio, at this point in the link it is just a digital data connection, no "bluetooth audio" device is needed. Just a bluetooth receiver.
