That is a question of the source and not the adapter. For example, if you have an iPhone, it only pairs to 1 device at a time so regardless if I have two of the adapters connected to different speakers, the phone will only transmit to one. I will caveat that with saying that I do not know of any sources that will connect to multiple BT devices, be it a laptop, phone, tablet, etc. Hope this helps. P.s. You can connect to one of these adapters and use an audio jack splitter and an extended cable. Or try RF adapters.

HOWEVER, Bluetooth devices generally make a dedicated connection with each other where one device is controlled by the other. For example, connecting your Bluetooth phone to a Car allows the car to not only display who is calling you but also dial numbers and make outgoing calls. Because of this type of connection, only once device can be active at a time. So basically, No, you can't have a Bluetooth device broadcast a signal that multiple other devices will play off of (in normal situations).
