To do what you are asking you need a Bluetooth transmitter that takes an audio output signal and transmits a Bluetooth audio signal.

• Yes you can as long as your TV has an RCA analog audio out. Check the back of your TV. Everything should be clearly labeled and you need to look for audio OUT with red and white circular connections.
