“I have a bluetooth headphone, could I connect this device to my TV (non-bluetooth) or soundbar to hear the TV without disturbing anyone? I usually need to raise the sound very loud.”

• Not TV... You need a transmitter (sends sound). This is a receiver (receives) sound. Wish the box/directions specified this, would of saved a ton of time troubleshooting.

• Yes if your tv has audio out. This dongle has rca and 2.5mm inputs

• This device is for receiving signal from a bluetooth device such as a computer, phone, etc. It will not broadcast sound to headphones or other speakers.
