They should work with any computer that has the 3.5mm audio jack (speaker port). just make sure it is correctly seated all the way into the port. I have used them across three different computers at work, my cell phone, and my laptop. as for speakers not working, I had this problem with the second computer at work. turned out the computer was missing an audio driver file. This was easily remedied by installing the drivers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue...Downloaded new drivers and it works fine. Used a separate drivers program to get drivers since computer kept telling me it was fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every computer I've ever had has had a input for headphones. That's where you plug in these speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm laughing because I had the same problem and I have an HP. I found that I had to go in and tell my computer to "find" my new speakers. I thought HP was supposed to be automatic in searching for and installing new devices but I guess not, because it didn't do that for the speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not to be insulting, but you did turn them on? Also, did you go see your Geek Squad person?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, the speakers should be plug and play. But there might be a something in the computer settings that you have to change to enable the pc speakers to be used as the output. Just in case, here are the instructions to setup the speakers: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024153254. Hope that helps.
