- Answer What I did was connect the speakers to my motherboard. If you can’t do that just connect them to the back of your monitor !

- Answer According to my scale they weigh a little over 1lb each. I don't know about a TV unless it has a plug for earphones. These are not surround sound speakers but do well for my PC.

- Answer I would think so! I have a Dell laptop computer and use the smaller Logitech speakers for that. Sound is great! The larger speakers I purchased were for a small flat screen TV. If you use those for gaming on your computer they would be amazing!
