COMPATIBILITY I have a Panasonic Viera 32" Model TC-L32C3. Can this speaker system be hooked up directly

Does your TV have a 3.5mm headphone jack? If so, you can connect the speakers with the green 3.5mm jack.

If the digital audio out is a s/pdif the. Yes it will do 5.1. Otherwise the regular audio will output stereo to the speakers.

You can hook it up to your tv though I'm not sure if the surround sound will be discrete 5.1 without a decorder. Hope that helps!

As long as your TV has separate RCA (separate from the 5 plug composite inputs) or 3.5mm audio jacks, then yes you can.

As long as your Panasonic Viera 32" Model TC-L32C3 has out put speaker phone with 3.5 mm jack, it will work.
Of corse it works with a laptop a cell phone or anything that has out put speaker phone with 3.5 mm jack. But, don't route it to stereo receiver because this unit it is already a receiver.

I don't think they can be directly hooked up to TVunless you have an adapter. I switch the sound settings when I hook up my PC via HDMI.
