No. You have to run the wires to the speakers.

No this is plugged in. They make adaptors that can make things wireless like this, but out of the box, it must be plugged in.

It has wires, but the rear wires are pretty long. They work in my 10x10 office, but in a larger room you might need to put the rear speakers on shelves in the side walls.
