One of the front speakers has a volume dial & power button. If you are plugging this into a TV or computer, just set the speaker volume near max level & then control the volume from your device. If you have a Google or Alexa device, put the speakers near max level, & control volume from your device.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There’s a volume control knob on the right front speaker. I have a 49 inch Sony 4K TV that has a 3.5mm output jack for headphones. I connected these speakers to that TV audio output jack and set the volume knob to about 60%. I control the volume output from the TV to the speakers with the TV remote. My Xbox One X and my gaming computer are both connected to the TV with HDMI connectors. These speakers sound 1000x better than the TV speakers and do give you a decent surround sound effect with just the one 3.5 mm connector. The two rear speakers give you about 15 ft speaker wires. I added 15 ft rca extensions and haven’t noticed any degradation in the performance.
