• Yes if you have an available audio port. Windows version doesn't matter.

• They are just speakers, operating system shouldn't matter. All that matters is that you have the correct outputs for them. It takes 3 aux jacks (green, orange, and black) or the yellow and white composite audio cable. Check the rear of your desktop to see if you have the three aux jacks. They look like headphone jacks.

• As long as your desktop has 3.5mm Audio (green plug) or RCA inputs, then yes.
