It can work off any desktop computer with the appropriate output port. Windows 10 shouldn't make a difference.

Spaker system doesnt care about version of Windows. It does use electricity though! That's why it has to be plagged into outlet for the power.

If you have an audio port they will work. Windows version doesn't matter
