A:Answer You'd be negating the whole purpose of the receiver by hooking up these speakers. You'll be better off purchasing a home theater system that connects directly to the receiver. Looking at the outputs on the receiver, you'd have to run RCA to the Z906, which would only allow stereo output, thus rendering the 5.1 aspect useless. Unless you are purchasing this JUST for the speakers, to which yes, you could hook the SPEAKERS up, but you would NOT be able to use the control panel or subwoofer.
