“Wondering what the sound quality is of the microphone is it very sensitive where I can pick sound up from a long distance away or is it not sensitive at all and person must be in close range Of microphone for the cameras the cameras will be mounted 20 ft.”

Thank you for your question about this product. The microphone will pick up sound from the general and close vicinity to the camera. It might not pick up sound from a long distance away depending on the distance. The Lorex Customer Service Team
