The phone app is very quirky (Lorex Cloud). It took 4 or 5 attempts to get past terms and agreement screen before it would actually load. I had to contact Lorex for technical support. It took awhile to connect with them, but I did get good results. Good luck on set up of event and deterrence features. No instructions on how system works, got to go online and research it.
