A:AnswerYes, you are able to view the cameras from your phone so long as the DVR is connected to your router and you have an Internet connection. As well you would need to download the Lorex Home App.
A:AnswerYou would need to set the DVR for motion or continuous recording. Once you have the DVR set to record, then you go go into playback mode to view the recordings. Here is a link to the D241 Manual which will help explain.
