“I have installed all 4 cameras and the system works fine. One camera, however, does not show in color at night and only shows black and white. Is this a defective camera and can I exchange just the one camera only?”

The camera showing black and white is in night vision mode. Your other three cameras are receiving enough ambient light at night to fool them into thinking it's daylight so they show in color. I have 1 of 6 with color at night until the back yard light is turned off, then it too is black and white.
