“I have a 3 switch wall plate in my living room, 1 switch for the porch light, 1 for the ceiling fan and 1 dimmer switch for the ceiling fan lights. All lights are LED. Could this work for those and would I need 1 for each switch?”

I've used this switch with various light types, so it should work fine for all. Yes, you will need a switch for each light.

The Lutron Caseta Wireless dimmer PD-6WCL can control both a light kit from a fan and recessed lighting as long as the total wattage of all the bulbs does not exceed 150W of dimmable LEDs, or 600W of incandescent or halogen bulbs.
