I would highly recommend you talk to an electrician for what you want to do because it is a non-standard installation. I am not an electrician but know enough to be functional. The answer is Yes it should be compatible with the 4 pack set of lights. The answer is No it cannot handle 6 of them and you will probably burn your place down if you try. The Lutron Caseta switch can handle about 145 Watts, according to their web site, or 17 x 8.5w LED lights. The Leonlite model you listed has 17.5w lights in a 4-pack, which is 70 watts per track. With 6 of those, that is 420 watts or almost three times the rating of the switch. It looks like Leonlite offers an 8.5w version of the same 4 pack set of track lights. Even that times 6 tracks is 204 watts, way above the rating of the switch. Here are three options for you: First, you could go with the 8.5w tracks and two of the Caseta switches (each connected to three of them). Second, you could go with the 17.5w tracks and three Caseta switches. A single Pico Remote can control multiple switches at the same time. You sync the switches to the remote. So, you could buy one switch with the remote and two more switches without the remote. Third, you could go with the 17.5w tracks and three Caseta switches. Then, add a SmartThings Hub and Caseta Smart Bridge connecting to the Caseta switches. With the SmartThings hub, you can create Scenes which could turn all the switches on, off, or set to a specific dim level from your phone app even when away from your place. You only need one Smart Bridge to connect all of the Caseta Switches to the SmartThings hub. The Dimmer Switch Starter Kit comes with a Smart Bridge. It is worth it to get the starter kit if you are thinking in the future that you may add a home automation hub. It is really nice to have a single scene button to dim all lights to 25% at the same time.
