“I have the Caseta/pico for my kitchen's recessed lights. Can I use either to control different lights (different room, controlled by a different switch)? Or do I need to buy another Caseta for that room? I have the hub but have yet to install.”

The PD-6WCL dimmer is only able to control one lighting circuit at a time. Lutron recommends installing another dimmer for the other lighting circuit. The Pico remote could control both lighting circuits via the radio frequency signal with the dimmers, but it would be simultaneous control. There are other scene Pico remotes that could control the lighting circuits independently. For a recommendation on which, please reach out to our Support Team at [email protected].
