I don't think it has the option you describe. However, you can set a favorite setting on the included Pico remote, and pressing that round button in the center would set the light to your favorite setting. So, you could set the favorite to a dimmer setting than the max setting to accomplish what you want. There's a Caseta switch that also has that favorite button, but it costs a bit more. The model of the Caseta Pro switch is PD-5NE-WH.
