“With the Caseta Dimmer, I understand it will go on at dusk. Can you make it turn off at a certain time of night or do you set it by how many hours you want it to stay on?”

Yes, the Caseta dimmer can be setup to turn off at a specific time during the night or at sunrise the next day. This is accomplished in the Schedules tab in the Lutron app. There will be one schedule to turn the lights on and another schedule to turn the lights off.
