Will this Thermostat require a C wire. No alternate null

There are 2 options with or without C wire, for without it you will need to install LUX power bridge (at your furnace). This is purchased separately and not included with thermostat.

No. You, the instructions show how to bypass the C-wire requirement by using the fan only wire. Mine works like this without issue
