- Answer Luxe-neo 120 just a plain bidet only Luxe-neo 180 has feature for woman Luxe-neo 185 has extra speed on dial

QuestionI love my bidet, but I had to replace my toilet and with that, I had to have a plumber do the install. The problem is with the new toilet and toilet seat the new sear will not sit flush... Is there a trick to fix this? The seat will not sit flush.

- Answer When I purchased mine it either came with the risers or you requested them online at no cost but I had to use them for the first one’s seat but not the second one I purchased because it’s a new toilet ( originally purchased the 120 now have the 180)
