Is this capable of running coding software? null

More than capable. I have personally used Postman and some Bash app that a former coworker recommended (can't think of the name of it off the top of my head though). The only time you'd really run into issues is the storage as most coding software doesn't really use much GPU or RAM. If you're referring to virtual machines, then yes: this also is more than capable of using those as well. I had several environments running at once at one point in time.
