• Yes it comes with basic programs like on your phone it is like word but mac version

• Apple provides the iWork suite for free with new Macs. An Apple ID is required to download the apps if they're not already installed. The suite is comprised of Pages - a word processor, Numbers - a spreadsheet app and Keynote - for presentations. More information is available on Apple's website. Just go to apple-dot-com and add /iwork to the end of the URL (Best Buy frowns on including URLs in reviews).
