“Has anyone used Adobe editing software with this laptop? Need one for remote learning, I am a photography major so using LC &Premiere Pro is essential. This would be my first Mac Book, i have only used ASUS laptops both a 2-in1 and a ASUS gaming PC.”

Adobe products are basically ported from macs to windows. So all adobe products work better on macs
