Yes it supports the Adobe Creative Suite.

I have installed Lightroom which runs fine. I asked Apple support prior to trying to install it. They said Mac OS 12.1 is backward compatible and Adobe OS and LR applications have a minimum level of 10.1 and 64 bit.

Yes. I run both without any issue. Fans don’t even spin up like they would on my intel MBP.
