If you need help setting it up, to be nice this is not the computer for you. The machine is built and designed for professionals whom use crazy complicated and technologically advanced softwares to complete there workflow day to day. Anyone can use this it’s a breeze for simple stuff just read the screen and follow the instructions. But I’m also concerned it this computer is for just typical normal everybody laptop use. You could get something much cheaper and get the same job done.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I purchased my original MacBook Pro 11 years ago I had absolutely no experience with computers. The Apple technicians at the Apple store that I purchased my computer from gave me a series tutorials on the basics of keystrokes and functions. Depending on what you want to do with your new computer. The tutorials can be very in-depth or just a familiarization or both. When I bought my new current computer at Best Buy I asked a few questions just to get started but for the most part, I just carried over what I already new from my original computer. However. It is very likely that I will be asking or signing up for more tutorials to get a better understanding of this very new and upgraded computer.
