Yes, but only at apple s website, not through Best Buy

Yeah. I traded in my 2018 15” MacBook Pro. Best Buy gave me more for the trade-in than Apple would’ve. The only thing is that, your going to have to have everything backed up to a drive so that you can clear your old device and have it ready BEFORE you get the new Mac if you want your trade-in to go towards your new Mac.

Yes, why don't you call the store they can explain it better than me or look online for the trade-in explanations
