“I never received my email for the squad packs or any pre order bonus for getting the standard version...I checked my receipt and its not on there, and I have yet to receive an email..I can provide the information on my purchase”

On something like that I would also check the receipt to see if you were charged for it, to me sounds like a store issue hopefully you can take your receipt back and they can help
