I received my bonus pack codes by email the next day after picking up the game.

I have an online order that is being shipped to me and the bonus item (physical) is being shipped separately. There was a code to redeem on the PSN store that was emailed as soon as the game was shipped. But my order was completely online, no store pickup. So not sure what you should have experienced overall. In the past everything was always provided together.
