• A:Answer Yes, there are directions on the Sonos site about setting it up with four. I just installed the sub and two each Magnolia speakers in my back yard. Not sure how big your backyard is, but two for mine is overkill! The sound is outstanding, but I will never be able to turn it up more than 25% without upsetting the neighbors.

Q: QuestionWith using the Sonos Amp, I have heard you cannot separate it into channels. Obviously if the impedance changes as you add speakers. Is this correct? Can you control the channels via the app?

• A:Answer Get plenum rated 16/4 wire. 16/4 means 16 gauge and 4 means there are 4 wires in the protective coating of the speaker wire. The plenum is a flame retardant coating that’s good for the home in case of any fire they give off less smoke.
