Yes you can, but it's not included in the Magicjack service. The way I've worked around this is to purchase a base unit which has a Bluetooth feature to sync with your cell phone. In my case, I have a Panasonic base unit connected to Magicjack, which syncs with my cell phone. Now, when the Magicjack base unit rings, if the cell phone is within Bluetooth range, it will ring too. Hope this helps.
