• It requires power into its USB port. No power over ethernet. If you do not use MJ on a computer and you already have a MJ device & account, you should be able to do the upgrade/transfer to your MJHome by connecting it to your router, then use a computer or tablet connected to your home network to log into your account online. When you log in, your MJHome device should show up with options of what to do. You can transfer your number to MJHome (deactivating your old MJ device). Any remaining service on your old device will be added to any service already on your MJHome. You will not lose any service you have paid for.
