• After rereading the product description I'd say the head comes with the tripod. However no mention of a carry bag did I see.

• Yes. The carry sling is just lightweight nylon. The head is included and appears to fit most DSLRs. The down side is that the head requires a strange method of securing the camera and keeping it steady. That would be the only negative I have with it.

• No case. Just a paper box with it in a plastic bag. So storing it require a bigger camera bag.
