A:AnswerYes, I was able to purchase my drone in store, and when the batteries didn't work at all, I was able to to take it to another store and get it replaced with a new drone, that also didn't have working batteries.
A:AnswerThey seem to be in short supply, order was placed through Best Buy and they had to ship directly from Manfrotto. I would check back everyday for availability, that's what I did and was able to order it through a short window.
