With the 5010, make sure the resolution is set to Auto or 4K. At that point, the volume bar / OSD should be present when 1080p resolution is input to the 5010. If the AVR is passing through video (not processing / scaling it) then the OSD / volume bar will not overlay onto the video. If the video is processed / scaled, then the OSD info can overlay onto the video.
