“Will I have audio issues with the 2019 Sony A9G master tv using Arc HDMI with this model or do I need the 2019 - SR-5014 model that is only 4k HDMI Arc? I see the SR-5015 has both but not sure I understand fully please explain.”

None of our AVRs have issues with ARC or eARC. The ARC audio transmission is fully dependent on the TV's ability to communicate that data and then the HDMI cable's ability to transfer that data. The AVR will use the "TV Audio" source when playing back ARC audio.
