Hello - yes, the Cinema 50 is well equipped to drive KEF- Q Series 6.5" 2.5-Way Floor standing Speakers , Q Series 6.5" 2-Way Bookshelf speakers, Q Series 6.5" 2.5-Way Center-Channel Speaker and KEF - Kube 12" 300W Subwoofer. Proceed with confidence. 14 gauge speaker wire is recommended for any speaker runs of less than 15'. Beyond 15', 12 gauge is recommended.

The Cinema 40 will give you a bit more dynamic headroom but unless you're listening at reference levels all the time you'll be happy with either as both are excellent AVR receivers.
