15.38 by 17.38 by 6.38 are the dimensions With the receiver in a cabinet I will tell you it gets hot. I bought a aircom T8 rear cooling fan. Sucks up heat from amp and moves it to rear of cabinet. Looks like it was made for the receiver. $119.99
